At Km 7 on the Siberia-Tenjo road, it turned roadside food into author cuisine with a Colombian identity, using local, organic and fresh regional products and artisanal techniques. Chef Sebastián Rico, who worked at Humo Negro (Bogotá) and Café Dragón (Medellín), leads an internationally inspired menu that highlights native flavors.
